If you’ve ever been to Carmela’s, you’ve likely run into Luz Rodriguez… Luz is a hard working, single mother who’s having some health issues, but nonetheless, keeps her chin up during these hard times to continue to provide for her son. With Christmas around the corner, the Cardiovascular Foundation of Southeast Texas was happy to pay Luz’s rent for this month of December in order to relieve some of her financial burdens.
